Georgia Governor Brain Kemp has issued a statewide order for two weeks beginning at 6PM on Friday, April 3 and ending at 11:59 on Monday, April 13th. This order basically expands the current City of Statesboro Shelter in Place order statewide.

Across the country we are seeing citizens surround local hospitals and fill their parking lots with cars flashing their lights, praying and showing support for the hospital and healthcare workers.

East Georgia Regional Medical Center shared thanks on social media today to Harbor Freight Tools for donating gloves and face shields to the hospital.
