With the help and partnership of Habitat for Humanity of Bulloch County and other local businesses, Laterria Mincey has become a first-time homeowner with Habitat Home #59, where she and her children will enjoy a beautiful, safe space to live and play. Family, friends, and local officials attended a dedication ceremony on Sunday.
