Local non-profit action pact will hold its third annual Rubber Duck Race at Splash in the Boro on May 16, 2023! Action pact is a community action agency deeply rooted in the promise of improving lives and communities. One hundred ducks will race for cash prizes, with proceeds benefitting action pact programs in our community and surrounding areas.
