A Gift of Dentistry will return this year on Friday, December 8. Dr. Richard Marz of Premier Dental Wellness will partner with East Georgia Oral Surgery, The Hearts and Hands Clinic, and the Ogeechee Technical College Dental Assisting program to provide free dental care to those in need in our community.

HELP NEEDED: The Georgia Southern Holiday Helper Tree needs more elves! There are currently 300 unmet needs on the virtual tree.

A Morris Heights coat drive is being coordinated by Tralayia Prince. Anyone willing and able to help is encouraged to donate a coat to this drive on Saturday, November 25th.

677 FREE Thanksgiving meal bags will be distributed at CSM, 31 N. Zetterower in Statesboro on Monday, November 20th beginning at 8 AM. This is a first come distribution. Get there early to ensure you receive a meal donated by the EGRMC Hospital Auxiliary.

Come out and meet Atlanta Braves baseball legend John Rocker on Saturday. Rocker will be signing autographs at the second annual Lazy Turkey Card Show from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m at the Holiday Inn on Commerce Drive.

The mission of Habitat for Humanity is to bring communities together to help families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. The Bulloch County chapter of the organization is changing the lives of yet another Statesboro family with the completion of its 60th Habitat House.

The Birth Circle Community Mission is to provide regular classes free to the community covering topics such as: birth preparation, nutrition, pelvic floor health, infant loss remembrance, birth plans, and yoga before and after pregnancy. “Yoga and Pregnancy with Justine Coleman” will be held at the Statesboro YMCA this Thursday, November 16, at 6pm.
