The fall undergraduate ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. on Dec. 15, while the graduate ceremony will commence at 2 p.m. on the same day.

Bulloch County Schools releases E-SPLOST IV expenditure report
Bulloch County Schools has posted its annual audit report of how the school district has used funds from its fourth education special purpose local option sales tax revenues (E-SPLOST). The funds were used in compliance with the E-SPLOST IV referendum approved by Bulloch County voters on Nov. 7, 2017.

Statesboro High FCCLA will feature local vendors, musical and theatre performances, and a Kids Zone at the event. As a service project, the club will also be collecting gently used or new shoes for those in need, as well. The event is coordinated by student Ava Mincey and faculty advisors and volunteers Rosanna Ward, Lori Morris, and Yolanda Mincey.

GaDOE partnering with Rollins Center to launch the Georgia Literacy Academy
Ten school districts and three charter schools will form the first two-year literacy leadership cohort that will work to align professional learning, instructional coaching, and teaching practices to the science of reading through structured literacy. Courses developed by the Rollins Center in partnership with GaDOE will be available to all K-5 teachers and leaders in the state free of charge.
