Volunteers from Bulloch County Schools, Feed the Boro and the Statesboro Kiwanis Club came together early Saturday morning to help with the Bulloch VOAD food drop.

Live music returns to the Emma Kelly Theater on Friday, August 21 with local band, The Ripleys.

A food drop for more than 1,000 families will be held on Saturday, August 8, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at Julia P. Bryant Elementary School (421 West Main Street) in Statesboro.

United Way of Southeast Georgia and Prevent Child Abuse of Bulloch County have joined together for the annual “Stuff the Bus” Back to School Drive! However, this year things will look a little different than normal.

Last Friday, July 31, Bulloch County Schools ended its Feed-A-Kid program that was launched on March 17, in response to school closures due to COVID-19. However, a 1,000 family food drop is scheduled for August 8th.

Tuesday night, July 28th Bulloch County voters will have an opportunity to “meet” runoff candidates virtually.

All for His Glory Foundation, a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization founded by two local women, begins its journey to fulfilling the need of providing comfort for kids in challenging situations through handmade dolls.

Youth Career Camp Inc.(YCCI), a youth & young adult development organization was founded 14 years ago by Statesboro Pastor Wayne Williams, has a few spaces still available for this year’s class which begins virtually this week.
