East Georgia Regional Medical Center will host a Heart Fair for the community on Tuesday, November 6 th between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm in the Education Classroom.

The Council on Volunteer Services of the Georgia Hospital Association recently awarded Paul Theriot, CEO of East Georgia Regional Medical Center, CEO of the Year at the Annual Conference held earlier this month in Augusta.

The Wings of Freedom Tour at the Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport – From October 31st to November 2nd The WINGS OF FREEDOM TOUR will be on display at Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport, located on the main ramp, 601 Airport Blvd. Statesboro.

Zaxby’s Scare on the Square will be held downtown Statesboro October 27 4:30-9 p.m.

Brazil, France, India, Japan, the United Kingdom and many other countries will be represented in Statesboro on October 27 at the 13th annual International Festival.

Early Saturday morning nearly 200 Sigma Chi members, alumni and several sororities came together to honor one of their own and launch their first annul community day of service.

Keep Statesboro and Bulloch Beautiful’s Board of Directors have launched a community needs assessment. They are requesting citizens of Bulloch County and Statesboro to take a few minutes to complete the assessment.

The Kiwanis Fair kicks off tomorrow at 5:00 PM downtown. The fair parade is the largest parade annually in Statesboro. New this year at the fair The Kiwanis have teamed up with local businesses to grow the fair this year.
