Bulloch BOE struggles with vote to increase millage rate
After much discussion by the Bulloch County Board of Education, they voted 7 to 1 at noon on Friday to approve the millage rate increase. The Bulloch Board of Commissioners met at 3 PM for a procedural vote to adopt the BOE millage rate.
