Georgia Quick Start Breaks Ground on Hyundai Mobility Training Center of Georgia
This will be the first training center in Georgia dedicated exclusively to the electric vehicle (EV) market, ensuring future HMGMA team members will be prepared for success. It will be operated by Georgia Quick Start to train employees for HMGMA as well as affiliate companies such as Mobis, Glovis and Transys. HMGMA’s electric vehicle manufacturing facility is currently under construction and is projected to create more than 8,000 jobs in coming years.

The initiative will help community partners raise awareness about Medicaid/PeachCare for Kids® redetermination while funding events and new tools to help members navigate the process. Project REACH Bulloch seeks input from African American and Hispanic/Latino community members
Researchers Drs. Stacy Smallwood and Kristina Patterson from Georgia Southern University invite African American and Hispanic/Latino/a community members to share their views on health and well-being in Statesboro and Bulloch County. Participants will receive $40 for their time, and childcare will be provided. The project is supported by seed funding from Georgia Southern University’s Faculty Research Council.
