East Georgia State College (EGSC) is excited to recognize students named to the Dean’s Honor List and Dean’s Merit List for the 2023 Fall semester. To be named to the Dean’s Honor List, a student must have a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher in 15 or more hours of course work. Students named to the Dean’s Merit List must have a semester average of 3.5 or higher in at least 12 but less than 15 semester hours of course work.

REMINDER: Statesboro Village Builders Family Fun Resource Day is Saturday

Statesboro Village Builders will host its second “Family Fun Resource Day” of 2024 on Saturday, February 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Statesboro Convention & Visitors Bureau (222 S Main Street, Statesboro). Members of the community are invited to attend a day of entertainment filled with music, interactive games, and onsite resources. Kids can enjoy face painting, arts and crafts, and a bounce house. There will also be free food, books and door prizes.
