East Georgia Regional Medical Center (EGRMC) has received more COVID-19 vaccines. Citizens are asked to call to make an appointment to get their vaccinations.

Bulloch County vaccine providers are being overwhelmed by citizens wanting to schedule vaccine appointments.

The Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) is receiving offers from medical professionals and other individuals looking for ways to help with the COVID-19 vaccination response.

Georgia Southern is reporting 85 confirmed & self reported COVID cases on the Statesboro campus last week (Jan. 10 - Jan. 16th); Bulloch Schools reported 46 positives over the same period.

All citizens of Bulloch, Candler & Evans Counties are advised to wear a mask in public, avoid large gatherings & wash your hands often. It is important that all citizens do their part to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Bulloch County reports one COVID-19 death today. This makes the total number of deaths 65; 40 PCR and 25 Rapid Antigen COVID confirmed deaths.

Beginning, January 20, Covid-19 TESTING sites operated by Mako Medical will be activated in Bulloch County at Luetta Moore Park at 585 Martin Luther King Drive. There are no eligibility requirements, other than having a Georgia address.

On the 4th of January, Bulloch reported 57 deaths from COVID-19. With today's report of 2 COVID-19 deaths, Bulloch County has now seen 7 deaths over the last 10 days. The total of COVID-19 deaths in Bulloch County is now 64.
