The popular Shopping by Lantern Light event will return to the Statesboro Main Street Farmers Market pavilion on Tuesday evening, November 21, from 5:30-9pm. The market is located behind Visit Statesboro a 222 South Main St. This year, Santa will be there!

677 FREE Thanksgiving meal bags will be distributed at CSM, 31 N. Zetterower in Statesboro on Monday, November 20th beginning at 8 AM. This is a first come distribution. Get there early to ensure you receive a meal donated by the EGRMC Hospital Auxiliary.

Come out and meet Atlanta Braves baseball legend John Rocker on Saturday. Rocker will be signing autographs at the second annual Lazy Turkey Card Show from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m at the Holiday Inn on Commerce Drive.

The Statesboro-Bulloch Chamber of Commerce named Matt Conner as Bulloch County's Farmer of the Year at the annual Farm City Week Luncheon on Tuesday.
