Lady Panthers start out slow, lose 3-2
The Portal Panthers women's soccer team lost to the Screven County Gamecocks 3-2 at the Portal Athletic Complex on Tuesday afternoon. Portal’s record falls to 11-2-1 while Screven County improves to 8-6 on the season. Portal has already clinched the regular season region title.

Georgia Southern Spring Weekend events schedule announced
The Blue vs. White Spring Football Game, presented by Morris Bank, Southern Exchange, and the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, kicks off Saturday, April 20, at noon. The game will be featured on ESPN+ starting at 12:30 p.m. and conclude with an autograph session with the team on the field. During the game, fans can visit part of the Anthony P. Tippins Athletic Training Facility. Plus, a petting zoo will be on-site for children to enjoy.
