Construction begins on Baptist Collegiate Ministry mixed-use project at Georgia Southern

CCI Real Estate has secured a construction loan from Morris Bank to redevelop a 1.79-acre site adjacent to the Georgia Southern University campus in partnership with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM). The mixed-use development will include residential units, retail space, and gathering areas, with pre-leasing for apartments starting in Fall 2025 and project completion expected in Summer 2026.
