The Bulloch County and Georgia Southern chapters of the NAACP will co-host a candidate forum on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 7pm in the Williams Center on the Georgia Southern campus.
The forum will feature Statesboro City Council District 2 candidates Paulette Chavers and Lawton Sack. The forum will allow the public to "meet the candidates" and learn their positions on issues affecting our community.
Early voting in the election is ongoing (click here for details), with election day scheduled for Tuesday, November 7.
