Local Artist, Sharon DeLoach Farkas, recently had two of her paintings selected to be displayed in two Georgia state offices. This is the second time that Farkas's work has been selected to be displayed in the Capitol building.

This is an update of citizens who have qualified to run at the end of the third day of qualifying. Candidates who wish to qualify for a municipal office must file their notice of candidacy with the Election Superintendent in each respective city at their City Hall this week. Qualifying will run through Friday, August 25th at 4:30 p.m.
