Street improvements, Tentative budget discussion at Brooklet Council May 16
Dixie Street, Oak Street, Colony Lane, Scarlett Place and Rhett Court were selected for 2024 Street improvements, and single family home developments on Old Leefield Road are now slated to become duplexes. City Council presented with a $53 million budget proposal for FY2025
Statesboro City Council got their first look at the FY2025 budget on Tuesday. The $53 million balanced budget will require $1.7 million transfer from the fund balance or a millage increase as written.
