No local organization works harder to keep arts alive in Statesboro and Bulloch County than the Averitt Center for the Arts. For the past two decades the Averitt Center has been the focal point and centerpiece of activity in downtown Statesboro. Thousands of citizens of all ages have benefited from the Averitt Center.
To continue their mission it is important that we all support them financially through memberships as well as patronizing their many events each month.
Now is your chance to become a member. With memberships starting at only $75 per year, almost everyone can become a member and do your part in supporting local artist.
Join them on Saturday, March 25th from 10 am to 2 pm in the main gallery of the Averitt Center at 33 East Main for their Membership Day.
All New Members & Current Members who sign up for automatic renewal in person on Membership Day will receive a small Averitt Center for the Arts notebook and pen. Perfect for grocery lists, taking notes at meetings, or journaling!
Why become a Member?
The arts play a significant role in the social and economic health of our community. Designated as a core academic subject, the arts are central to youth development. Students with an education rich in the arts have better GPAs, score better on standardized tests, and have lower dropout rates — findings that cut across all socio-economic categories.

Membership benefits begin on day of purchase and run for the next 12 months of the year. You will be notified when it is time for you to renew.
The Averitt Center for the Arts is a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization and receives financial support from a variety of sources. But the most important contributions are from individual donors like you.
All memberships last for a full calendar year from the date of purchase.
