GS Eagles: Mia Kness joins women’s golf coaching staff
Kness transferred to Georgia Southern from Seton Hall, where she compiled a 75.52 career scoring average with two victories, five top-5 finishes, nine top-10s and 15 career top-20s. Her career scoring average still ranks second in Seton Hall program history. Kness spent the 2022-23 academic year serving as the Director of Championships for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

School always in session for GS Golf's Wilson Andress
The last time Wilson Andress made a B was his sophomore year of high school. It has been all As for him since then, including all five years at Georgia Southern while playing golf for the Eagles, and he graduated in May with a 4.0 grade point average in civil engineering. The Georgia Southern grad played in the final stage of U.S. Open qualifying today.
