Georgia Southern men's basketball's conference schedule has officially been released, the Sun Belt announced last week.

The Eagles will have 18 Sun Belt games, nine at home and nine on the road. They will also take part in a pair of MAC/SBC Challenge games, with the first coming at Eastern Michigan in November. The return game will be Feb. 10 at home.

Georgia Southern will open conference play on Dec. 30, hosting Southern Miss at Hanner Fieldhouse.

The squad then embarks on a four-game road swing to start 2024, featuring stops at Alabama State (Jan. 4), ULM (Jan. 6), Marshall (Jan. 10) and Georgia State (Jan. 13) before hosting Coastal Carolina (Jan. 18) and a second meeting with Georgia State (Jan. 20).

After traveling north for a pair of games at Appalachian State (Jan. 25) and Old Dominion (Jan. 27), the Eagles are home for two with Troy (Feb. 1) and Appalachian State (Feb. 3).

The Eagles have three-straight road games to close the slate, heading to South Alabama (Feb. 7) before the MAC/SBC Challenge game. After, the team will trek to Coastal Carolina (Feb. 15) and James Madison (Feb. 17) to wrap up the road portion of the season.

Finally, the team will end the regular season with a four-game homestand, playing host to Texas State (Feb. 22), James Madison (Feb. 24) and concluding the home schedule with Marshall (Feb. 28) and Old Dominion (March 1).

The 2024 Sun Belt Tournament will take place March 5-11 at the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Fla.

Under first-year head coach Charlie Henry, the Eagles will look to improve upon a 17-17 2022-23 campaign.
