Rotary Club Peace Pole installation to take place Saturday at Farmers Market
On Saturday, September 23rd, Statesboro’s Downtown Rotary Club will host an unveiling ceremony of Statesboro's first Peace Pole. The Peace Pole ceremony will begin at 10am on the boardwalk area behind the Statesboro Farmers Market. All locals are invited to attend the ceremony to celebrate in the permanent display symbolizing the hope and call for world peace.

Leadership Bulloch Class of 2023 donates van to Freedom Through Recovery
Earlier this year, the Leadership Bulloch Class of 2023 donated a van to the Freedom Through Recovery non-profit organization to help aid their efforts in supporting peers in recovery. Several months have passed, and the van has been a successful addition to the Freedom Through Recovery organization, helping many of its peers get to recovery support groups and other important events.
