Mrs. Jimmie Lee Canty, age 95, the wife of the late Alexander "Buster" Canty, passed into rest Sunday, May 18, 2025, at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
The Bulloch County native was born in Sylvania Georgia and was the daughter of the late Jim Price and Maggie Given.
Mrs. Canty was a retired CNA and was a former employee of Georgia Grace Memorial Care Home. She was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her devoted children, John W. Canty and Janie Canty; several grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Her funeral plans are forthcoming.
Final rites have been entrusted to Hill's Mortuary, Inc.
