Michael John Medders, Sr., a devoted husband, loving father, and faithful servant of God, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his beloved family. He later settled in Statesboro, where he built a life rooted in hard work, faith, and love for others.

He later became a member of First Baptist Church of Statesboro where he served in different capacities. Mike’s faith in Christ was the foundation of his life, and he lived it out daily with humility, grace, and compassion. In his spare time, Mike enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing golf—especially when surrounded by friends and family.
