This brand new community group welcomes all ages to acknowledge and thank vital organizations within our community -- like the Statesboro Police Department, Safe Haven, Fostering Bulloch, and Open Hearts, just to name a few! George W. Strickland Jr. Foundation signs endowment worth $1.5 million to fund ASN program at OTC

The endowment, the largest in the college’s history, will be used to establish an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree. The new degree pathway is scheduled to accept its first cohort in January of 2024. It will initially accept 24 students in hopes to begin closing the nursing shortage in the region.
