2021 ArtsFest will take place at Mill Creek Park in Statesboro
ArtsFest, normally held on the campus of Georgia Southern University, will get a different look this year as the host, Statesboro Bulloch Parks and Recreation, will move the event to Mill Creek Park for the 2021 event only.
