UGA CARE Center conducting survey on cognitive health resources

This study aims to learn more about our community's resources to help older people deal with changes to their cognitive health. You can take the survey online via a link in this article.

The State Botanical Garden of Georgia and the UGA College of Public Health recently collaborated to offer sensory-based enrichment to people with dementia and their caregivers.

The Institute of Gerontology at The University of Georgia has created the Cognitive Aging Research and Education (CARE) initiative to learn more about how Georgians deal with changes to their ability to think and remember as they age. The Center invites the public to participate in a research study entitled “Learning About Cognitive Health.” This study aims to learn more about our community's resources to help older people deal with changes to their cognitive health.

To participate in this study, you must be 18 years of age or older, and you must be able to read in English and hold a tablet or smartphone that contains the survey.  Completing this survey is voluntary, and you may choose not to participate or to stop at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.
