Statesboro's Small Business Bash seeks to celebrate local entrepreneurship

Statesboro's Small Business Bash will be held on Saturday, September 23rd, downtown. Cheer South All-Stars is hosting the event in celebration of its 25th year of being a small business in Statesboro. They are hoping to celebrate and spotlight other small businesses within the community, making this community event a celebration of entrepreneurship.

Event organizers expect to have several small business vendors, fun activities, a free cheer clinic, giveaways, silent auction items, live performances, a kids zone, and so much more.

On Saturday, September 23rd, Cheer South All-Stars will be hosting a Statesboro Small Business Bash to give local small businesses a fun opportunity to connect with the Statesboro community. 

The event will take place along East Vine Street in Statesboro from 12pm-6pm.

Cheer South All-Stars will be hosting the event in celebration of its 25th year of being a small business within the community. They are hoping to further celebrate and spotlight other small businesses within the community, making this community event a celebration of entrepreneurship.

Event organizers expect to have several small business vendors, fun activities, a free cheer clinic, giveaways, silent auction items, live performances, a kids zone, and so much more.

"The Small Business Bash is a community event designed to give small business owners the opportunity to connect with the thriving community of Statesboro to celebrate entrepreneurship," said event organizer Jomal Childers. "We are so excited for the opportunity to bring people in Statesboro and surrounding counties together, to celebrate community and small businesses being the heart of communities."

In addition to for-profit vendors, the Small Business Bash intends to connect the local community with several resource vendors that provide services such as therapy and substance abuse support, as well as religious organizations, and more. 

Fees and Deadlines for Vendors

  • For NON-FOOD and NON-RESOURCE vendors, the registration fee is $25 until August 25th.  After August 25th, the fee will be $50, until the final deadline of September 11th.
  • For FOOD TRUCK vendors, the registration fee is $50 until August 25th. After August 25th, the fee will be $75, until the final deadline of September 11th.
  • RESOURCE VENDORS are FREE to attend, at no additional cost to register. 

The final registration deadline is September 11, 2023.
