Pastor John Waters of First Baptist Statesboro and Pastor Donald Chavers of Agape Worship Center are inviting people of all faiths to join them for the National Day of Prayer Community Breakfast on May 4th at 6:30am in the Perry Fellowship Hall of First Baptist (108 N. Main St., Statesboro).
The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation. The theme for this year’s National Day of Prayer is “Pray Fervently in Righteousness and Avail Much.” Attendees will gather to pray for our nation and its leaders.
The cost to attend is $10 per person or $70 for a table of 8. Tickets can be purchased online here. Breakfast will be served, and everyone is welcome.
