Saltwater anglers, you are invited by the Coastal Resources Division of the Georgia DNR to share your best fishing photos and get a FREE Saltwater Information Program (SIP) koozie.
To participate, go to CoastalGaDNR.org/Photo and upload a photo of yourself saltwater fishing in Georgia.
The first 200 entries will receive a free SIP koozie and be entered to win a grand prize with a Go Fish tote bag, DNR engraved filet knife, and Go Fish ballcap. In return, your photos may be used in educational and outreach materials across the coast to encourage more anglers to hit the water.
Here are a few tips for taking great saltwater fishing photos:
- Use natural light whenever possible.
- Get close to your subject.
- Use a shallow depth of field to blur the background and make your subject stand out.
- Be creative and have fun with it!
