At approximately 6:32am on Thursday, May 2, 2024, members of the Bulloch County Jail staff requested EMS for an inmate who was not responsive.
At this time, the inmate has been confirmed to be deceased.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been contacted and will be the lead investigative agency. The inmate’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
