Saturday, April 6th the Statesboro Bulloch County Library will have the presention "Battle of Brier Creek" at 11am. Nathan Chapman, Graduate Student at Georgia Southern University will present an exhibit with artifacts found during an archeological survey of Brier Creek.
Chapman is partnering with the Brier Creek American Revolutionary War Battlefield Association, with Dr. John Derden as site supervisor. His presentation will cover the significance of the Battle, along with research and aspects of his project.
Presentation will begin at 11 am in the Community Room. Make sure and follow the Statesboro Bulloch County Library on Facebook for upcoming events.
