Fixing the Boro recently held their 2nd Annual Neuter Year Celebration, offering free spays and neuters and received an overwhelming response. With the help of a grant awarded last year from the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the generosity of the community, they have been able to fund the spay and neuter of many cats and dogs in our community.
