Bulloch reported the 17th and youngest COVID-19 death today. A 38 year old white female with unknown comorbidity. Candler County is reporting their 7th death, a 75 year old, white female with no comorbidity.

Bulloch County: Bulloch reported two COVID-19 deaths today. A 60 year old African-American female with comorbidity and a 67 year old African-American female with comorbidity. This increases total deaths for Bulloch to 16.

Georgia shattered its record for daily increases in COVID-19 deaths, reporting 137 new fatalities Tuesday. That’s 45 deaths higher than the previous daily record of 92, reported Friday.

Evans reported two deaths today. A 62 year old, white male with comorbidity and a 76 year old African American male with comorbidity.

Karen Lovett, RN, nurse in Same Day Surgery at East Georgia Regional Medical Center, was recently awarded the hospital’s DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. Karen began her nursing career at EGRMC in 1998.
