Fifty-six women from across the state are set to compete for academic scholarships and the title of Miss Georgia 2023 later this month.
The 78th annual Miss Georgia Scholarship Competition will be held on June 14 to 17 in the Bill Heard Theatre of the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts in historic Uptown Columbus, Georgia.
In addition to Miss Georgia 2023, 36 young women will also compete for Miss Georgia’s Teen 2023.
The winners will represent Georgia at the Miss America Competition and Miss America’s Teen Competition.
Over $75,000 in scholarships will be awarded. In addition, 104 girls will participate in the Miss Georgia Princess Program.
The event will begin at 7:00 pm on the preliminary nights, June 14 to 16, and 6:00 p.m. on June 17 for the final crowning night.
