Eagles tribute band to play benefit concert at the Averitt

A benefit concert for the Statesboro Exchange Club is set to fill the Averitt Center for the Arts with the countless hits of the Eagles.

The Dark Desert Highway Band, Stateboro’s own Eagles tribute band, will perform at the Emma Kelly Theater on Jan. 27 and 28, starting at 7:30 p.m.

The Dark Desert Highway Band is a passionate group of 10 talented musicians and singers.

The band has performed sold-out shows across the state, performing all the hits, including “The Best of My Love,” “Lyin’ Eyes,” “Witchy Woman,” “Hotel California” and many more.

All proceeds of the event will benefit the Exchange Club of Statesboro. Tickets are $25 and may be purchased online.
