Statesboro Mayor Jonathan McCollar has ordered all City of Statesboro flags to be flown at half-staff to honor the passing of Statesboro High School boys basketball coach Lee Hill.

Bulloch County Schools have a total current student base enrollment of 10,339. Of those students, they have a response for instruction model choice for 9,454 of the students, which is a 91.44 percent response rate.

As Georgia Southern University housing staff are gearing up to welcome students back into their residence halls this fall, construction crews have begun work that will expand and improve on-campus housing options for next year. Joseph E.

Bulloch County students, parents and guardians have made instructional model choices for 8,827 of Bulloch public school students, an 85% response rate to date. BOE is awaiting a decision on 2,051 students.
