Stone & Webster Chophouse at Plant Riverside District will host a special Meet the Maker Dinner featuring rare bourbons and whiskeys from the elite Buffalo Trace Antique Collection on Wednesday, April 5.

What: Meet the Maker - Buffalo Trace Antique Collection Dinner at Stone & Webster Chophouse

Plant Riverside District will host a special Meet the Maker - Buffalo Trace Antique Collection Dinner at Stone & Webster Chophouse, a modern restaurant offering a fresh take on the American chophouse experience. This event is open to the public.

The intimate Meet the Maker dinner will feature rare bourbons and whiskeys from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection as well as premium Buffalo Trace Distillery Bourbon Whiskies, including 15-year and 23-year samplings from Buffalo Trace's Pappy Van Winkle Edition. The dinner will be hosted by Buffalo Trace Distillery’s Master Blender and Director of Quality Drew Mayville, who will offer insight into the featured selections for the evening.

A chef-prepared five-course paired dinner will feature selected neat pours of extremely rare and coveted selections. Menu highlights include Buffalo Ribeye, Smoke Squab, Rabbit Tortellini, Rock Shrimp Torchon, Chilled Oysters Mignonette and Aged Beef Tartar. Premium bourbons and whiskeys include Eagle Rare 10-Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, George T. Stagg Bourbon, Thomas Handy 18-Year Straight Rye Whiskey and Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon.

Buffalo Trace is the oldest continuously operating distillery in America and has been making whiskey for more than 200 years. As an American family-owned company based in Frankfort, Franklin County, Kentucky, the distillery has garnered more than 1,000 awards for its wide range of premium whiskeys.
