This summer has been full of music in downtown Statesboro! The FREE downtown live concert series will wrap up next week on Thursday, July 20th, at 6PM with Liquid Pleasure on the Bulloch County Courthouse Lawn.

Roosevelt’s Character Development Center is a program that builds character and self-esteem within the local youth of Statesboro. The center is currently holding its Summer Camp which seeks to impart the seeds of character education to its students. The center's ultimate goal is to build children into strong leaders, with strong values and ethics, to be dynamic members of society.

The Bulloch County Recreation and Parks Department and Cardinal LG are excited to present the 2023 Firecracker Fest at Mill Creek Regional Park in Statesboro on Saturday, July 1, from 5-10 pm.

Statesboro’s Downtown Live concert series is now in full swing. Next up, “the premier party band,” better known as The Grapevine Band on June 29th on the Bulloch County Courthouse Lawn.

Too much summertime fun and exposure to the heat and sun can lead to dehydration. Every Monday and Thursday from 8am-7pm, Statesboro Urgent Care is offering an IV Hydration Clinic to assist in treating dehydration. Anyone is welcome to walk in and receive the treatment. The FREE summer concerts will be held on East Main Street in front of the Bulloch County Courthouse. The Tams will kick off the series Thursday, June 1, at 6pm.
