Georgia Southern Track & Field and Cross Country head coach David Neville recently announced the 2024 Cross Country schedule. The Eagles are scheduled to compete in four meets during its 2024 campaign, including one at home.
"This year we're really excited about the opportunity that our cross-country program has to compete in some top-notch competition," Coach Neville said. "Also, having a chance to host a home meet is very exciting. This meet will take place right here on campus, which I think will bring a great fan experience."
Georgia Southern opens the season with a pair of meets on the road beginning Friday, September 6 at Georgia Military College before traveling to Mercer on September 21.
The Eagles then host the GATA XC Invitational on Saturday, October 12 in Statesboro before turning its sights to the Sun Belt Conference Championship on November 1 in Foley, Alabama.
