if money is to be saved along with postal services dont look at the workers ,look instead at top heavy management who never deliver anything wothwhile .

this shelter village seems to be moving further and further away from the services these homeless people will need to access .shouldent it be located closer to these services? ... like in my neighbourhood .its close to everything they need here .
