Ms. Lynn McElveen Lewis, age 62, passed away on May 29, 2025, at her residence after a brief illness.

Lynn was born on February 14, 1963, in Statesboro, GA, to her parents, the late James and Erlene McElveen. Lynn was quiet by nature and enjoyed the simple things in life. She was a graduate of Statesboro High School and worked as a caregiver for many years, caring for Mrs. Mary Alice Woodrum.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Erlene McElveen.

She leaves her memories to be cherished by her daughter Summer Lewis Baird of Bulloch County; her siblings Angie Prince, Lisa Coodie, both of Statesboro, GA; a brother Matthew McElveen of Statesboro, GA; and Stacy (Rick) Martinez of Atlanta, GA; her two grandchildren Jaylee Baird and Tucker Baird; and her loving companion Steven Sauls of Statesboro, GA; and her stepfather, Mr. Harry Schneider of Statesboro, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Family visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025, at the funeral home.

Graveside Services for Ms. Lynn McElveen Lewis will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the Eastside Cemetery (Northside Drive Entrance) with Rev. Randy Waters officiating.
