Joyce Bland

October 17, 1940  -  June 5, 2025

Joyce Elizabeth Mock Bland, age 84 passed away June 5th. She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father Lois M. Saxon and James Alvin Mock, Brother; Clarence Mock Sisters; Mabelene Bland and Jane Harrison. Husband; Joseph E. Bland Daughter; Delaine D. Burke and Son; Charles P. Bland, and his daughter Rachel Bland.

She was survived by her Daughter Delaine’s children Wendy(Jason) Oliver, Brandi(Jason) Jones, Candice Boddiford. Great grands; Kameron(Kayla), Brannen(Lacey), Logan, Jailyn, Jacob, Rhianna and great, great grandkids; Aubrey, Ansley, Nolan, and Graham: a new little love on the way, Violet!

Our loving little lady was a true treasure to be around, always smiling and always up for any trips to do some shopping and going out to eat with family. Some of her favorite past times was collecting trinkets, anything from vintage toys, dolls, soaps, among other treasures. She had the biggest heart and brightest smile. She will be greatly missed by her surviving family members. But, we knew she was ready to be with her loved ones that had passed before her.

A small service will be held for family when she is laid to rest with her beloved husband in Macon, Ga.
