With heavy hearts but grateful spirits, we announce the passing of Victoria "Vickie" Godwin, who entered into the arms of her Lord and Savior on August 6th 2025 at the age of 70. She passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her family who loved her deeply.

Born on January 4, 1955 in Plant City, Florida to Harold Bargeron and Nova Dean Hunt, Vickie lived a life of faith, love, and selfless service. She loved the Lord with all her heart and reflected His love in everything she did. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and her actions spoke louder than words.

Her gentle spirit, boundless compassion, and steadfast prayers were a source of comfort and strength to all who knew her. Whether through a warm meal, an encouraging word, or a helping hand, she lived to serve others and honor God in all she did.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Hal, and her parents, Harold W. Bargeron and Nova Dean Hunt, as well as her stepdaughter, Kimberly Herrington.
