Mr. Jacob Johannes Marcyan, age 27, died on July 26th 2025 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah.
He was born on May 10th 1998 in Yonkers, NY and graduated from Minisink Valley High School in 2016. Jacob had a short lived but colorful life. His favorite activity was playing video games and playing more video games. His favorite gaming buddy Bentley will greatly miss his temperament. Jake also loved trains, marvel superheroes, collected transformers, loved dinosaurs and his favorite movie “Jurassic Park”. Jacob was kind and gentle soul who loved spending time with his family, friends, and especially his fiancé, Deesiree Terrell. He will be greatly missed and loved by all. He was preceeded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Marcyan, his great-uncle, Bob Marcyan, and his great-grandparents, Franklin and Benendetta Wallace.
Jacob is survived by his parents, Peter and Mistee Marcyan, his brother, Nicholas “Cole” Marcyan, his aunt, Jodi Wallace, his aunt and uncle, Ann Marie and Danny Thomas, his uncle and aunt, Jay and Vicki Wallace, and his uncle, Devin Wallace, his grandmother, Oma Elizabeth Marcyan, his grandparents, Christine Marie and James Alfred Wallace, as well as several cousins.
The family will receive visitors on Friday from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home. A brief memorial service will be held during the visitation.
