BCSO responds to armed robbery at Buddy's Truck Stop
The armed robbery occurred around 1:30am on September 23, and a female clerk was injured. A canine unit responded to the scene and checked the area but made no contact with any suspects.

Georgia awarded $1.3M for imperiled species conservation
The Georgia funds are part of $40.6 million in grants to 10 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands to support acquiring and conserving more than 7,200 acres of habitat for 65 species listed as endangered or at risk.
