Tree falls on vehicle, trapping driver amid Tropical Storm Debby

Winds and rain from Tropical Storm Debby caused a tree to fall onto a vehicle Monday evening, trapping the driver inside. Emergency responders worked tirelessly to free the driver amid downed power lines and hazardous conditions. Roads are dangerous. Officials are asking citizens to shelter in place and only travel if absolutely necessary until the storm passes.
