Mill Creek hosted the Statesboro Classic, a USTA Level 6 tennis tournament, this past weekend.
Statesboro High School and William James Middle School had some great results over the weekend. Maxine Feltman won the 14 and under division. Ivy Lacienski won the 12 and under division, and Brynn Harrison was a 12 and under finalist. All three girls play for William James Middle School.
In the Girls 16 and under division, Naomi Feltman won the championship, while Ada Lacienski won the consolation bracket. Lindsay Collins was a consolation finalist. All three girls play for Statesboro High School.
