What you'll need:
- 2 slices of soft white bread
- 1 Jumbo, ripe tomato-straight from Franklin's garden
- A good slather of real mayo (we swear by Duke's)
- Salt & black pepper
How to fix it:
- Slice that tomato nice and thick.
- Spread mayo on both pieces of bread, edge to edge.
- Lay on your tomato slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Close it up, press it just a bit, and take a big ol' bite.
