Local non-profit action pact will hold its third annual Rubber Duck Race at Splash in the Boro on May 16, 2023!
Action pact is a community action agency deeply rooted in the promise of improving lives and communities.
For over 50 years, action pact has worked alongside local partners and has become integral to the progress of the individuals and families in the communities it serves. The organization strives to create equal opportunity by prioritizing progress over programs.

There are 100 race ducks trained and ready to hit the water in what promises to be an exciting event! Racers include greats like Stetson Benduck IV and Kim Karquackian. You can join the fun by purchasing a race duck for your chance to win one of four monetary prizes. Each duck is $100.
- FIRST PLACE: $3000
- SECOND PLACE: $1000
- THIRD PLACE: $500
- LAST PLACE: $100 (the cost of their entry!)
