Sadie Rice, the 2023 Pine Seedling Jr. Miss Queen for Bulloch County, was crowned Junior Miss Georgia Forestry at the 84th Annual Miss Georgia Forestry Scholarship Pageant.
The pagenat was held on June 9 to 11 in Tifton. In addition to winning the title in her division, she also came home with the best fun fashion.
The Forestry Pageant is the oldest running scholarship pageant in Georgia and a large provider of college scholarships. The pageant is a competition celebrating the state of Georgia, its forestry industry, and the people who protect and promote it.
Rice is an upcoming fifth grader at Bulloch Academy. She is the daughter of Andy and Angela Rice.
She will be competing in the National Forestry Pageant representing Bulloch County in her age division on Sept. 9 and 10. For more information, click here.
